Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your order and will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise.

Returns

Physical books and merchandise purchased directly through this website may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Signed and Personalized Books

Signed books and personalized copies are considered custom items.

Because these items are created specifically for the purchaser, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number (if available)

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and any visible damage

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including eBooks, downloadable content, digital bonuses, and similar items, are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the return procedures outlined in this policy.

Personalized or signed orders that have already been prepared may not be canceled.
